Cookie policy

Effective Date: 2 June 2026

This cookie policy explains how the brand you registered with ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you use our digital services. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies

1.1. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website or use a web application. They help the service remember your actions and preferences.

1.2. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and device identifiers, which serve comparable purposes.

2. Essential Cookies

2.1. We use only essential (strictly necessary) cookies that are required for our services to function correctly. These cannot be switched off.

2.2. The essential cookies we use:

- Name: session. Purpose: maintains your login state and security tokens. Expiry: 2 hours after your last activity. - Name: CSRF token. Purpose: protects against cross-site request forgery. Expiry: 2 hours after your last activity. - Name: preferences. Purpose: remembers your language, theme, and venue selection. Expiry: up to 12 months. - Name: load balancing. Purpose: routes you to a healthy server for reliable delivery. Expiry: when you close your browser.

2.3. Legal basis: these cookies are exempt from consent requirements under the ePrivacy Directive Article 5(3) because they are strictly necessary for the service you have requested.

3. Cookies We Do Not Use

3.1. We do not use analytics cookies. We do not measure your behaviour with cookies or build usage profiles from them.

3.2. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow third-party advertising networks on our services.

3.3. We do not use tracking pixels or web beacons in our emails. We do not track whether you open an email or click a link in it.

4. Third-Party Essential Cookies

4.1. Our payment processors (Nets and Stripe) may set cookies that are strictly necessary to process payments securely. These are essential for completing transactions.

4.2. If you authenticate via social login (Google, Apple, Facebook), the provider may set cookies as part of the authentication flow.

4.3. Our security provider (Cloudflare) sets cookies that protect our services against bots and abuse:

- Name: __cf_bm. Purpose: distinguishes people from automated bots. Expiry: 30 minutes. - Name: cf_clearance. Purpose: remembers that your browser passed a security check, so you are not asked again. Expiry: 30 minutes.

5. Managing Cookies

5.1. Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, there is no consent banner to accept or decline.

5.2. You can still manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies.

5.3. Blocking essential cookies may prevent our services from functioning correctly. For more information, see your browser's help documentation.

6. Cookie Retention

6.1. Session cookies expire 2 hours after your last activity.

6.2. Persistent cookies (such as preference cookies) are retained for up to 12 months, or until you delete them.

7. If We Introduce Optional Cookies

7.1. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (for example analytics), we will first ask for your prior, informed, opt-in consent through a clearly presented consent mechanism, with an equally easy way to decline or withdraw.

7.2. We will not set any non-essential cookie before you have given that consent.

8. Changes to This Policy

8.1. We may update this cookie policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the Effective Date shown at the top.
